我們從誕生的那一刻起,就和「圓」緊密的結合了。從父母的精子和卵子的結合,產生圓形的受精卵,出生時經過圓形的通道而誕生。肚子餓的時候,母親圓形的乳
房或是圓形的奶嘴和奶瓶,會來滿足我們的需求。生活環境的四周可以發現到太陽、月亮、地球、盤子、戒指、杯子和茶壺、向日葵花朵和蘋果等等都是圓形的。不
論是原生或是被設計成的物品,可以發現到「圓」的魅力是相當大的。<br /> 曼陀羅 (Mandala) 一字源自於兩千三百年前的梵文。簡單來說曼陀羅是「圓」之意。曼陀羅的意象處處呈現於自然與人文風土之中:宇宙星球、細胞、樹木年輪、礦物結晶、水波、花朵、建築、舞蹈、繪畫……。<br />
曼陀羅是一個跨文化的圖騰象徵,在許多文化中,它不僅被視為生命架構的圖像化,也代表身心靈的完整。藏傳佛教中曼陀羅沙畫的創作與毀壞儀式,提醒著我們生
命的當下的無限可能以及稍縱即逝的無常變化。瑞士心理學家榮格(Jung)
與佛洛伊德決裂後,面對自身心理危機時,也曾長期投入曼陀羅創作,進行自我分析。他認為曼陀羅的創作是「個人對於追求內在完整,以及外在生命經驗完整性的
努力」,而只有當我們願意面對自身的恐懼和陰暗面,生命才有轉化的可能。<br /> 彩繪曼陀羅是一個超越時空與不同文化背景的古代冥想工具。人們往往會被畫中簡單的幾何圖形及圖像背后隱藏的深度深深吸引,而這些圖形也可視為一種治療工具 —— 沉思及彩繪曼陀羅,有助于和釋放混亂的心靈,并造就平靜與放松的生活。<br /> </span></span><br />

【正念曼陀羅創作工作坊】是非一般的藝術活動。在創造過程中,我們不只學習將心安住在畫畫上,也培養有意識地觀照每一刻作畫時的起心動念。這也是一趟與內
在自性連結,進而願意欣賞及接納自己的旅程。工作坊不注重畫作成果,而是關注作畫過程中所培養的欣賞、接納、安住、耐心、慈愛、自信、彈性、創意、勇氣及
正念高度情操。一幅曼陀羅作品的美,不是來自你有很棒的彩繪技巧,而是來自作畫者對整個過程中的認真參與。<br /> <br /> 目的:<br /> 1. 生命只在念念分明的此時此刻,心念離開當下就是像一個拖死屍的人。透過畫曼陀羅,可以讓畫者在每一瞬間招回渙散的心思,回到當下真正好好地活生命中的每一分鐘。<br /> 2. 創意表達是人類的深層需求。透過畫圖和賞圖,能夠培養更敏銳地覺察自己的感受和想法,進而去表達內在感受,增強畫者自我表達的能力,並提升自尊與自信。<br /> 3. 欣賞美是人的天生本能。曼陀羅的和諧與美,能夠安撫紛亂的心靈,撼動及振奮人心,並讓畫者內在充盈著滿滿的喜悅和活力。<br /> 4. 曼陀羅的繪製就好像是在鑄造聖杯。任何情緒、念頭都可以丟進鑄造爐裡被攪動、滌濾、 沉澱及轉化,然後靜靜地等待接受聖杯(曼陀羅)裡浮現的任何事物。換句話說,它是生命活得分崩離析後,重新整合內在的療愈工具。<br /> <br /> 活動:學習曼陀羅構圖,用簡單顏料(木顏色筆、蠟筆和廣告顏料)上色。<br /> 適合初學者和對畫畫沒有信心者。<br /> 日期:2013年02/03 至 03/03(两天)10am-6pm<br /> 費用:RM380(新學員)【費用包括繪畫材料及茶點】;RM100(舊學員)<br /> 聯絡:012-3018006 (祖潔);Lilian 012-3222027<br /> <br /> 帶領:<br /> 張春源 Karunesh Teoh<br /> 馬來亞大學哲學碩士;曾受咨商訓練,擁有十年輔導經驗,并有多次帶領個人成長團體和工作坊經驗;曾為多家本地報章與雜誌撰寫專欄。<br /> 熱愛心靈探索,早期接觸啟悟性的心靈導師J. <span style="font-size: large;">正念</span>意指以特殊方法专注:刻意、当下、不加判断,这种专注可滋养出更 多正知、清明智慧,并更能接受当下的实相。禅修使我们觉醒,知道生命只在刹那之间展现,若无法全心与这些刹那同在,我们将错失生命中最宝贵的事物,且领 略不到蕴涵于成长和转化中丰富而深刻的可能性。<br />

若对当下不具正知,不自觉和惯性反射的行为终究会为我们引发问题,这些行为往往是由根深蒂固的恐惧和不安全感所驱动,如果不加留意,日积月累,最终会
让我们感到进退失据、失去联系。一段时间之后,我们会失去信心,觉得自己无能扭转能量,朝向更满足、更快乐,甚至更健康迈发。<br />
<br />
正念提供一条简单有力的路径,让我们从问题中脱身,联系上自己的智慧和生命力,重新掌握生命的方向和品质,包括家庭中的人我关系,跟工作、世界和这个星球的关系,最主要的,还是我们跟自己的关系。<br />
<br />
这条路径根源于佛教、道教、瑜伽,也蕴藏于爱默生、梭罗、惠特曼、美洲原住民的智慧中,其关键在于以审慎和明察,持续不断地专注,欣赏当下,对当下培养一种亲密感。与这种态度相对的,便是视生命为理所当然。<br />

我们习于忽略当下,反而喜欢期盼还没到来的,导致我们对置身其中的生命之网普遍缺乏正知,这包括对自己的心念及其如何影响我们的认知和行动,都缺乏正 知和理解。这严重限制了我们的观点,看不见生而为人具有什么意义,也看不见我们跟彼此和周遭世界是如何地相互依存。<br />
正念仅仅是一种自觉的生活艺术,而非佛教徒或瑜伽士的专利。它是一种实
际的方式,经由系统化自我观察、自我探询及正念行动的过程,与生命的丰美搭上线。正念不会冷冰冰、纯分析、毫无感觉,正念基本上是温柔、感谢和滋养,另一
种看待它的方法是“全心全意”(heartfulness)。<br />

我們從誕生的那一刻起,就和「圓」緊密的結合了。從父母的精子和卵子的結合,產生圓形的受精卵,出生時經過圓形的通道而誕生。肚子餓的時候,母親圓形的乳房或是圓形的奶嘴和奶瓶,會來滿足我們的需求。生活環境的四周可以發現到太陽、月亮、地球、盤子、戒指、杯子和茶壺、向日葵花朵和蘋果等等都是圓形的。不論是原生或是被設計成的物品,可以發現到「圓」的魅力是相當大的。<br />
曼陀羅 (Mandala) 一字源自於兩千三百年前的梵文。簡單來說曼陀羅是「圓」之意。曼陀羅的意象處處呈現於自然與人文風土之中:宇宙星球、細胞、樹木年輪、礦物結晶、水波、花朵、建築、舞蹈、繪畫……。</div>

曼陀羅是一個跨文化的圖騰象徵,在許多文化中,它不僅被視為生命架構的圖像化,也代表身心靈的完整。藏傳佛教中曼陀羅沙畫的創作與毀壞儀式,提醒著我們生命的當下的無限可能以及稍縱即逝的無常變化。瑞士心理學家榮格(Jung) 與佛洛伊德決裂後,面對自身心理危機時,也曾長期投入曼陀羅創作,進行自我分析。他認為曼陀羅的創作是「個人對於追求內在完整,以及外在生命經驗完整性的努力」,而只有當我們願意面對自身的恐懼和陰暗面,生命才有轉化的可能。<br />
彩繪曼陀羅是一個超越時空與不同文化背景的古代冥想工具。人們往往會被畫中簡單的幾何圖形及圖像背后隱藏的深度深深吸引。根據東方印度佛教徒及西方牧師與巫師的觀點,這些圖形可視為一種治療工具 —— 沉思及彩繪曼陀羅,有助于和釋放混亂的心靈,并造就平靜與放松的生活。<br />
彩繪曼陀羅是遠超越一般藝術。在創造過程中,它是一趟與內在靈魂結的旅程,換句話說,它是一個讓作畫者用來回歸自性本源的工具。</div>

方靈修法門常用「業力」來描述因果律的運作,《奇蹟課程》對因果也著墨不少,但不曾使用業力一詞。業力與因果報應的觀念深深札根於「過去決定現在」的線性
時間觀,只在小我的世界中成立;耶穌則在《課程》中提出一個全新的觀念──因與果一體不分,須臾不離
(T.26.VII.13:1),是人心落入對立的思想體系之後,才開始把因與果視為不同之物的。<br /><br />這世界的對立分別狀態,以及時間幻化出
的無常,恰恰為世間的因果律和業力搭起了絕佳的舞台。小我心態當初搞出因果的觀念,就是為了鞏固根本不存在的分別幻相,使它顯得更為逼真,好讓我們相信自
己非但攻擊了真實生命的源頭,還要為此獲罪當罰,早晚必受報應。但是,即使我們已(自己選擇)落入這世界的信念體系,業力其實還是中性的,從《奇蹟課程》
最究竟的理論來看,業力與分別幻相、罪罰報應同樣非真。只是既然我們已經接受了分別對立的信念,也認同了因果律,耶穌很願意教我們如何順勢善用此一原則。<br /><a name='more'></a><br />小我心態是這麼想的,在這人世間無論做或不做,一定逃不了報應。在對立的因果觀念下,善有善報,惡因一定招致惡果,一如欠債必須還錢,如此因果業報才能平衡。這說的其實沒錯,只要我們的選擇仍在有形世間的層次上,必定逃不開這一結局。<br /><br />然
而,耶穌要帶領我們透過這世界的表相,走進我們的心靈,幫助我們認清只有在心靈層次才能做出真正的選擇,而且選項只有兩個:小我恐懼的思想體系,和聖靈寬
諒的思想體系。《奇蹟課程》認為真正有意義的因果關係,只存在於心靈層次,而在心靈層次供我們選擇的兩個思想體系各有其果報,也就是我們是否體驗到平安,
而當下的平安完全取決於當下的選擇,與過去所做的決定毫不相干。<br /><br />傳統的業報觀念要我們在時空中輪迴,承受自己行為的果報,而《奇蹟課程》提出了一個全新的法門──只要寬恕,瞭解平安的真正起因,就能幫助我們由「業債」中解脫,脫離業力的輪轉,重獲心靈的自由。</ul>

踏入芳療領域也近一年半,剛開始,抱著將覺知的品質帶入按摩的理想,和滿滿的信心,試圖在工作中找尋按摩的樂趣。然而,才開始學習,就遇上困難。</div>

和我同梯的同事,很快就把手法學會,並且開始接療程。而我,卻卡在一個難關。老闆娘說,因為我和他人之間有一個距離,那讓我無法靠近被按摩者的身體。所以,我放慢腳步,依著我的步調學習,而就在我試著幫母親按摩的過程中,神奇的克服了這個難關</div>

這一生第一次為母親按摩,當我將雙手放在母親背上,竟訝異於它如石板一般的堅硬,心中百般不忍。想到母親為了照顧我們四個子女,而讓身心承受了巨大的辛勞。於是無論如何都想要將她的身體鬆開的心意,幫助我把身體的力量放下去,也在不知不覺中,把自己的身體湊近母親的身體。於是,我的按摩有了一個躍進,我不再害怕接觸別人的身體,只把它當作一個需要被照顧的人,然後盡心用雙手去回應,感覺他的需要。</div>

而後,開始接療程,我遇見各式各樣不同的身體,有輕盈、有沉重,有鬆軟、有疲憊而僵硬的。而我只想要讓他們獲得紓展。於是,我開始越來越努力。我以為,能夠立即舒緩客人的緊繃,是芳療師最大的成就。</div>

這中間,也回頭去世儒那兒複訓「養生主靈性按摩」和普連阿敏所教導的「奧修能量平衡按摩」。加上我這幾年斷斷續續的身體工作訓練,我自認為可以比其他人更懂得覺知的使用身體,為他人按摩。</div>

而就在去年年中開始,我的身體開始了一些不舒服的徵兆。我的背,尤其靠近右腰椎部位總是隱隱作痛。推拿師推斷,我應該是不當的使用身體,因為慣用右半邊的身體力量為人按摩,造成肌肉的拉扯,引發疼痛。</div>

於是,我試圖在按摩中提醒自己,要左右平衡使用身體。可是,當僵硬的身體躺在我面前時,我又再次忘我地想要幫他鬆開他們緊繃的肌肉。於是,我的按摩越來越用力,力道越來越重。有時客人喊痛,我還沾沾自喜,並且勸說他要忍耐,因為我很努力要幫他鬆動他的緊繃,痛過之後,自然就輕鬆了!我已經全然遺忘了什麼叫做剛剛好的力道,和有覺知的按摩。而我身體的疼痛,卻慢慢地到了無法忍受的地步。在夜裡,我會因為腰部的刺痛而睡不好覺。</div>

過年前,因為痛到受不了,終於去看了骨科。然而檢查結果卻出乎我的意料。原本以為脊椎應該已經側彎到不行了,沒想到照過X光後,醫師判斷我的脊椎完全沒有任何問題,既無側彎,也沒有椎間盤突出。不過比較特別的是我的腰椎較其他人多一節(常人是五節,我卻有六節),雖屬少數的案例,但醫師說這也不算不正常,可能十個人中會出現一個案例,其中又以女性居多,只要平時注意不要久站,也避免提重物即可。醫師最後補充說,「我的脊椎看來非常健康。」開了些止痛藥,就要我回家了。於是,我帶著五味雜陳的心情和那一袋止痛藥,回家準備過年。</div>

過年前後,也許是休息了好一段時間,我的腰痛症狀似乎減輕了大半。我不再動不動就對著老公「哭腰」,就這樣回到工作崗位。也許是過年期間身心放鬆,我福至心靈的對自己許願,期許自己可以帶著覺知工作,並且享受每一個當下的片刻。</div>

那是一個尋常的午後,躺在我面前,是一個我久未接觸的女客人。當我站定位置,雙手放在她背上之前,我在心底期許自己要帶著覺知。我不特別努力,也沒有存著要讓她放鬆的心,只是讓雙手帶領我,感受她的身體傳來的訊息,依循著那訊息,我再決定用出的力量。我將身體的重心放在下盤,開始感覺到我的雙腳,和腳板踩在地面,與地面貼近的踏實感。我用身體帶動我的手,並感到身體重量施作在對方身體時的壓力,剛剛好,不多、也不少。慢慢地,我的手能夠感覺到她身體的溫度,柔軟度,和那原本稍為緊繃,而後被我推開的肌肉。我聽見音樂,我感覺到音樂和我身體的一致性。我享受著這一切,我身體的韻律,音樂的旋律,和雙手接觸她柔軟的身體而觸動的愉悅。突然間,我感受到一股由心底傳來的喜悅,「哇!那是臨在的喜悅。」我聽見我的心這麼說著!我好享受這一切!我想起了世儒,想起了曾經在跳神聖舞蹈時出現的片刻,輕鬆而清楚。</div>

這個片刻,好想要告訴世儒,我懂了!在經歷了一年半的摸索和忍受著身體的痛楚,我嘗到了臨在的喜悅。而為什麼這樣簡單的道理,我學過,卻完全用不上?那一年,我想不透,甚至有點灰心,我猜想我是不適合做身體工作的,因為我的身體越來越虛弱,越來越痛苦,甚至有一度我痛恨起為人按摩,對我來說,那是一件很苦的差事。而在這寫作的過程,我懂得了。</div>

因為我的「努力」,蒙蔽了我的覺知。我太想要為別人做些什麼,以改善他的身體,於是我益發努力,我的按摩越來越用力,也越來越吃力,而我卻無意識地讓自己變得越來越不覺知,我忘記什麼叫做「剛剛好」。這一次的按摩,讓我重新憶起輕鬆、不費力的使用身體,是什麼樣的感覺。因為我放掉了我的努力,就是這麼樣的簡單。而因為放鬆,所以感官變得更加敏銳和豐富,我的注意力不僅僅在對方身上,也能同時注意到我自己和週遭的一切。</div>

二十世紀最聰明的人愛因斯坦曾說:「我相信,能被計算的,不一定重要;重要的事,不一定能被計算」。心理治療團體就是「能被計算的」,目標很清楚,效果很清楚,所以容易被接受與了解,很被重視。而靜心和神聖舞蹈都是屬於那「不一定能被計算的」,對於身心靈的成長而言非常重要但不被重視,因為他無法被量化。</div>

「寬恕是觀看等待不判斷」,這句話中的「等待」是什麼意思?<br />

寬恕的心從不以等待為苦,無論何時都不強求別人或我們自己改變。即使看到有人驚慌失措,寬恕的心深知這受苦之人的心靈本來就有重新選擇的能力,於是能靜靜「等待」,直到他心甘情願,作出另一個決定。<br />
<br />
可見,耐心必隨寬恕的心境而生。《教師指南》更把耐心歸為上主之師的特質:「凡是對結局肯定不疑的人,才可能毫不焦慮地耐心等候。耐心對上主之師是最自然不過的事了。在他眼中,一切都是必然的結果,即使他一時仍看不明白,卻不再懷疑。適當的答案會在適當的時機到來。」(M.4.VIII.1:1,2,3,4)<br />
<br />
我們也要一視同仁,將寬恕的耐心用在自己身上。修習《課程》之時,如果我們發現自己常會焦燥不耐,為達不到《課程》的目標而氣急敗壞,因為體驗不到寬恕的平安而懊惱難安,表示我們已把指揮權交給了小我,竄改了上主的救贖計畫,原本只是一念之差,如今卻已弄假成真,這不正違背了救贖的本意嗎?<br />
<br />
相反的,耶穌指導的寬恕是一個非常溫和的漸進過程。他鼓勵我們等待,而非進攻擊退抗拒,也不會強迫我們在還沒準備好時,去說不願說的話,做不願做的事。耶穌教我們這樣等待:「靜靜地退下,讓自己療癒吧!…將你的心念專注於這些話上…:我什麼都不必做,只要我不再干預祂的運作。」(T.16.I.3:7,9,12)<br />
<br />
我們在寬恕過程的任務非常單純:只需觀看小我的運作,認清它看似惡毒的念頭與批判只是恐懼的表現;面對小我,等待是──不修正、不改變、也不將預設的解決方案加諸其上,還有,別給小我定罪。接下來,我們願意借用聖靈的眼光,讓聖靈的寬恕思想體系接手。<br />
<br />
由於我們已經習慣聽從小我黑白顛倒的教唆,並以此推動我們荒唐錯亂的人生,要我們等待而「不干預」,其實是非常困難的練習,完全違反我們「立即行動」的慣性,我們確實需要向耶穌學習如何耐心地等待。<br />
